As a parent, I know how hard it is to watch our kids struggle with self-confidence. We all KNOW our kids are amazing, unique, bold, and caring, but from as young as 8, they begin to compare themselves to others and doubt themselves. Do you remember those awkward years between childhood and young-adulthood and how insecure and totally uncool you felt (I sure do - not that anyone looked good or was actually cool in the 90s...) - now factor in the extra pressure of social media and it's no wonder our kids are overwhelmed with self-doubt. These sessions are just the pick-me up your kid needs to have a real confidence boost .

2. The Me! Project Questionnaire
I'll send you over a questionnaire - it's great to know a few things about your teen in advance of the session date.
I'll also need you to send me some personalised note, your favourite adjectives to describe your teen so that I can prepare their personalised magazine!
To give your child's confidence an extra boost - try to spend a bit of time together preparing for the session.
I always suggest that they pick their favourite outfit, that you both compromise on an outfit that mum loves and then you've got a 3rd outfit choice as a spare.
(Did you include a white t-shirt in there??? Go on, include a white t-shirt in there as well - trust me on this one!)
Is a hair cut in order? A mum-and-me manicure date? Anything else you can think of to make you feel your best?
3. Session Prep
Get ready for some fun!! This session is all about your child and making them feel really special.
I will guide and pose them to make sure they feel confident and comfortable in all the sets! I've got you.
4. Photo Day!
I'll send out a sneak peek within a couple of days of the team session - I am always too excited to share!!
Then you can come in with your parents to view your images and choose your favourites - for your magazine spread! And any additional images that you would like to purchase as digital downloads, canvases or other art forms.
I'm a big believer in sharing your beautiful images online and creating a digital footprint that you are proud of! But I ALWAYS encourage you to print them as well …a digital file isn’t archival - it isn't preserved in a form that will live on past your own lifespan. A memory that you hold in your hand and pass it down for generations – that’s an archival heirloom. That’s special and unique. And it’s my job to help you decide what will work best for you and your parents.
